‘Randolphe Palmer Design’ is a London/Essex (borders) based design practice offering a bespoke architectural/design service to clients in London and the Home Counties.

Our portfolio includes residential developments including extensions, loft conversions, as well as new build: commercial projects; retail/leisure - shops, pubs and restaurants. We also work on larger developments (units of houses and flats) for private developers.

We maintain professional working relations with structural engineers and private building control consultants on all projects: we are committed to liaison with, and listening to, both planning/building control professionals and the client(s).

Our professional indemnity currently stands at £500,000.00 per claim. The appointed structural engineers, (CAA) carry professional indemnity insurance of £5 Million for each claim.

FEASIBILITY STUDIES

The essential foundation stone for any project, large or small, is to initially create a ‘feasibility study’ for any given scheme. This launches the project by presenting planners with the outline fundamentals of what the client requires and, it is at this stage in the process that we find out if a project is viable/feasible in the long term. This early process ensures the client does not waste time and resources on an ultimately unworkable project...
