This is an industrial space of 650 sq m on the ground floor (2 further floors are offices above) incorporating frozen/cold and dry food storage and distribution areas, offices, display and retail areas and staff facilities. The brief was to create a further 290 sq m of storage rooms and display/showrooms, including a small mezzanine floor area for office, administration and advertising display: this was achieved via a full plans application to the Waltham Forest Planning Team. The project is ongoing with further extensions being negotiated.
